A. The regulations and provisions set forth in sections 3-7-14 through 3-7-25 of this chapter shall be applicable to all persons and businesses described herein, whether the herein described activities were established before or after the effective date hereof, and regardless of whether such persons and businesses are currently licensed to do business in the city.
B. All such persons and businesses requiring sexually oriented business use licenses shall have fifty (50) days from the effective date hereof to comply with the regulatory provisions set forth in sections 3-7-14 through 3-7-25 of this chapter. (Ord. 181, 11-12-1997)
