A. Expenditures: The expenditures of the commission, exclusive of gifts, shall be within the amounts appropriated for the purpose by the board of councilmen which shall provide the funds, equipment and accommodations necessary for the commission's work.
B. Financial Limitations: Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, neither the commission nor any member thereof shall incur any financial liability in the name of the city. (Ord. 91, 2-12-1973)
