The regulatory provisions of M.S. Ch. 169, as it may be amended from time to time, are hereby adopted as a traffic ordinance regulating the use of highways, streets, and alleys within the City of Wells, Minnesota, and are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this section as completely as if set out here in full.
