(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to haul refuse and dump the same at or upon the city dump located on real property owned by the City of Wells, Faribault County, Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit, NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of § 15, Township 103, north of Range 24, west of the 5th P. M., without first obtaining written permission so to do from either the so called garbage collector of the City of Wells, or the City Administrator-Clerk-Treasurer.
(B) The prohibition above stated shall extend to the center of the highway running north and south parallel with and as a part of the above described property.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to injure, damage, or destroy fences, gates, or regulation notices for the use of the dumping ground, or any other property belonging to the City of Wells located upon the above described property.
