All arc lights on low potential circuits shall be supplied by branch conductors not smaller than No. 14 Brown Sharpe gauge wire and be connected with main conductors only through double pole cut-outs, and shall be furnished with the resistance or regulators as are enclosed in noncombustible material, but in no case shall incandescent lamps be used for resistant devices, and all arc lights stall be properly protected and supplied with proper globes.
