§ 51.25  FIRE SITUATIONS.
   (A)   During all alarms of fire, or while the fire pressure is on the mains, for fire purposes, the use of sprinklers or elevators is positively forbidden except for the extinguishment of fire.
   (B)   All hydrants erected for the extinguishment of fires are hereby declared to be public hydrants and no persons other than members of the Fire Department of the city, and then only for the purpose of extinguishing fire, or persons especially authorized by the Council, shall open any of the hydrants, or attempt to drain water from the same or in any manner interfere with the same.
   (C)   Persons authorized to open hydrants shall not delegate their authority to any other person or suffer any person to take the wrenches furnished him or her, or suffer the same to be taken from any building where the same are kept except for purposes strictly connected with the Fire Department.
