§ 90.21 INTERFERING WITH ENFORCEMENT.

It shall be unlawful for any person to take or attempt to take from any police officer, or dog catcher or poundmaster, or the pound, any dog or cat taken in by him or her in enforcement of this chapter or any manner to interfere or hinder the enforcement against in the discharge of his or her duties under this chapter.
