§ 90.16 CONTROL; CLEANUP.

Any dog or cat inside the city shall be on a leash or under the immediate control of the owner or handler at all times. Any debris or manure off of the owner’s or caretaker’s property shall be cleaned up and discarded by owner or handler before leaving the site.
