§ 94.11 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CLEAN FUEL SOLIDS. Natural dry wood, corn, or pellets which have not been painted, varnished, stained, or coated with a similar material, have not been treated with preservatives and does not contain any resins or glues as in plywood, particle board, or other wood composites.
   EXTERNAL SOLID FUEL-FIRED HEATING DEVICE. An appliance installed out of doors and designed to transfer or provide heat, via liquid, steam, or other means, through the burning of clean fuel solids for heating purposes. Also known as “outdoor wood-fired hydronic heaters” and “outdoor wood-fired boilers”.
   PUBLIC NUISANCE. As defined in § 92.15 of The Wells City Code of Ordinances.
