§ 152.007 MAINTENANCE OF MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

No lot area, yard, or other open space existing on or alter the effective date of this chapter shall be reduced below the minimum required for it by this chapter, and no lot area, yard, or other open space which is required by this chapter for 1 use shall be used as the required lot area yard or other space for another use.
