§ 70.54 DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF LIQUOR OR NARCOTICS.

No person who is under the influence of narcotics or liquors shall drive or operate a vehicle on any street within the city and no person shall consume liquor while an occupant of a vehicle upon any street in the city.
