§ 70.45 CARELESS DRIVING.

No person shall operate or halt any vehicle upon a street or highway within the City of Wells, Minnesota, carelessly or heedlessly in disregard of the rights or safety of others or in a manner so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property.
