§ 70.30 OPERATION PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS.

   No snowmobile(s) or A.T.V.(s) may be operated on the following streets, avenues, or alleys:

   (A)   2nd Avenue SW (Hwy 22) from 10th Street SE north to Franklin Street;

   (B)   2nd Avenue NW (Hwy 22) from Franklin Street north to north city limits;

   (C)   1st Street NW (Hwy 109W) from 2nd Avenue NW west to city limits;

   (D)   3rd Street NW/NE (Hwy 109E) from 2nd Avenue NW east to 3rd Street SE;

   (E)   1st Avenue SW from 31d Street SW north to Franklin Street;

   (F)   South Broadway from 3rd Street SW north to Franklin Street;

   (G)   1st Avenue SE from 3rd Street SE north to 1st Street SE;

   (H)   Alley between 1st Avenue SW and 2nd Avenue SW from 3rd Street SW north to Franklin Street;

   (I)   Alley between South Broadway and 1st Avenue SW from 3rd Street SW north to Franklin Street;

   (J)   Alley between South Broadway and 1st Avenue SE from 3rd Street SE north to 1st Street SE;

   (K)   Area around the hockey and ice rink;

   (L)   St. Casimir Cemetery;

   (M)   Rosehill Cemetery;

   (N)   Wells lift station on 1st Street NW;

   (O)   3rd Street SE from South Broadway east to Hwy 109;

   (P)   3rd Street SW from South Broadway west to 3rd Avenue SW;

   (Q)   3rd Avenue SW (1-way) from 3rd Street SW south to 5th Street SW;

   (R)   3rd Avenue SW from lst Street SW south to school; and

   (S)   U.S.C. High School except for designated snowmobile parking area assigned by school officials.
