(A) It shall be the duty and responsibility of the owner or his or her authorized agent to keep each trailer park in a reasonably clean and sanitary condition at all times, and to maintain and keep in good repair all required trailer park facilities.
(B) All wastewater from washing machines and other similar sources shall be discharged into the sanitary sewer system, and under no circumstances shall the wastes be discharged on the ground or into streams.
