§ 152.04  PERMIT FOR CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE OR USE.
   (A)   No person shall construct, maintain or use any lot or other parcel of land within the town for a trailer park until application has been made and a permit therefor has been issued by the Board of Commissioners.
   (B)   The Board of Commissioners shall, prior to issuing a permit, determine that the applicant has complied with all the requirements of this chapter.
