§ 152.03  PLACEMENT OF TRAILERS IN TRAILER PARKS OR ON PRIVATE LOTS.
   (A)   No person shall place or maintain any trailer used for human habitation or use any trailer for living, sleeping or business purposes on any premises within the town except upon premises located within a trailer park; provided, that individual trailers may be placed on lots within the town with the permission of the Board of Commissioners, if the trailers are connected with the town water system and sanitary sewer system or an approved septic tank.
   (B)   One trailer may be parked or temporarily stored on any premises within the town but outside of a trailer park for not exceeding 72 hours, if no living quarters are maintained and no business conducted therein while the trailer is so parked or temporarily stored.
   (C)   Trailers which are not occupied or used for business may be parked on the owner's lot for a longer period of time, if the trailer owner shall acquire a permit from the town, to be issued by the Mayor, which permit shall terminate at the will of the town.
