(A) Rubbish such as worn-out furniture, refrigerators, stoves and other bulky items will not be picked up by the Sanitation Department, except during clean-up campaigns. Disposal of major appliances, such as hot water heaters, stoves, refrigerators and the like, is the responsibility of the household. Disposal of these type heavy items at times other than during clean-up campaigns will be an individual responsibility. These items may be carried to the sanitary landfill provided by the county.
(B) Clean-up campaigns will be conducted twice a year with an advertisement given the public prior to each clean-up campaign.
