§ 150.23  RECORDS; REPORTS.
   (A)   The Inspection Department and each Inspector shall keep complete, permanent and accurate records in convenient form of all applications received, permits issued, inspections and re-inspections made and all other work and activities of the Inspection Department.
   (B)   Periodic reports shall be submitted to the Board of Commissioners and to other agencies, as required.
