§ 150.04 BUILDING CODE ADOPTED.

   The current edition of the State Building Code, General Construction, as adopted by the State Building Code Council and as amended, is hereby adopted by reference as fully as though set forth herein as the Building Code of the town, to the extent the code is applicable for safe and stable design, methods of construction, minimum standards and use of materials in buildings or structures erected, enlarged, altered, repaired or otherwise constructed or reconstructed.
