Mobile and Itinerant Vendors may be permitted in certain zoning districts as permitted by the town’s Zoning Ordinance (See Table of Uses – Section 304 and Developmental Standards – 504), provided that:
No mobile or itinerant vendor shall conduct business:
(1) So as to violate any ordinances of the town, including those regulating traffic and right-of- way, as now in effect or hereafter amended.
(2) Within 300 feet of the entrance to a business establishment which is open for business and is offering for sale the same or similar product as an item offered for sale by the mobile or itinerant vendor.
(3) Within any Residential Zoning District.
