§ 114.25  LOCATIONAL RESTRICTIONS.
   Sexually oriented businesses may by permitted in certain zoning districts as permitted by the town's Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 155), provided that:
   (A)   The sexually oriented business may not be located or operated:
      (1)   Within 1,500 feet of:
         (a)   A church, synagogue or regular place of worship;
         (b)   A public or private elementary or secondary school;
         (c)   A public library;
         (d)   A public park or playground;
         (e)   A licensed day-care center;
         (f)   An entertainment business that is oriented primarily towards children; or
         (g)   Another sexually oriented business.
      (2)   Within 500 feet of:
         (a)   Any building used as a dwelling; or
         (b)   A boundary of any residential zoning district.
   (B)   For the purpose of this chapter, measurements shall be made in a straight line, without regard to intervening structures or objects, from the nearest portion of the lot line used as part of the premises where a sexually oriented business is conducted, to the nearest lot line of the premises of any use listed in division (A) above.
