§ 113.02  DISPLAY OF TAXICAB RATES.
   Every taxicab operated within the town or between the town and any point, not incorporated, within five miles thereof shall have at all times prominently posted and displayed in the taxicab, so as to be visible to the passengers therein, the rates or fares for the use of the cab.
