§ 112.40 EXTRA INSPECTIONS.

(B) EXTRA PLUMBING INSPECTIONS shall mean additional inspections or inspection trips made by the Plumbing Inspector, or his or her assistants, made necessary through the failure of any plumbing contractor or certified plumber in charge of the work to properly specify the location of the work, or failure to install plumbing or apparatus in the proper manner, or any other creation of conditions making additional inspection trips necessary.
