§ 112.39  CONDEMNATION OF DEFECTIVE WORK; WILLFULLY HIDDEN DEFECTS GROUNDS FOR REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   The Building Inspector shall promptly condemn and order the removal of any defective material or work.
   (B)   The presence of any willfully hidden defects shall be sufficient cause for the revocation of the plumber's license.
