§ 112.36  ROUGHING-IN INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   All plumbing, drain and sewer pipes shall be inspected when the plumbing has been roughed-in.
   (B)   As soon as the various pipes and traps are connected, they shall be tested by the plumber in the presence of the Inspector, by filling them entirely with water.
