§ 110.13  SCHEDULE OF LICENSE TAXES.
   (A)   The Board of Commissioners shall prepare and levy from time to time a schedule of license taxes on the trades and occupations as may be deemed necessary and not inconsistent with state law.
   (B)   A permanent copy of the same shall be kept on file in the office of the Town Clerk, and this permanent copy shall constitute the official license tax levy.
