§ 97.27  DUTIES GENERALLY.
   The Street Commissioner, under the direction of the Board of Commissioners, shall:
   (A)   Employ and superintend all the laborers put to work upon the streets and other public works;
   (B)   Examine and keep in good repair all streets, bridges, trunks and waterways, and do all acts necessary therefor;
   (C)   Report to the Board of Commissioners each month, more often if required, concerning:
      (1)   The time each employee has worked;
      (2)   The cost of labor and material; and
      (3)   All other expenses incurred by him or her on behalf of the town.
   (D)   Perform other duties as may be required of him or her from time to time by the Board of Commissioners.
