§ 97.13  SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL.
   No occupant of a lot, in front of which the sidewalk is paved with stone, brick, asphalt or cement, shall neglect or refuse to remove snow, ice or other substances from the sidewalk within six hours after notice from the Chief of Police.
