§ 97.12  USING SIDEWALKS TO DISPLAY MERCHANDISE.
   (A)   The sidewalks of the town may be used to display merchandise with the express permission of the Board of Commissioners.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to display on the sidewalks in the town any goods or merchandise of any kind whatsoever, if the display in any way blocks or restricts traffic on the sidewalks.
