§ 97.01  STREETS AND SIDEWALKS; INJURY GENERALLY.
   No person shall injure, deface or mar in any manner whatsoever any of the streets or sidewalks of the town. The town shall have the right to repair any injury, defacement or mar and assess the cost thereof against the offender.
