(A) It shall be unlawful for the owner of a boarded up structure to fail to register the structure with the Department as required by § 96.49 above, except as otherwise provided in this subchapter.
(B) It shall be unlawful for an owner who has registered a boarded up structure to leave the structure boarded up after the expiration of the registration as set forth in § 96.47 above.
(C) It shall be unlawful for an owner to board up a structure in a manner that does not comply with the Department's guidelines unless the owner has obtained the Department's prior written approval for an alternative method of boarding up a structure.
(D) A structure may be boarded up with the use of shutter or plywood milled to have the appearance of shutters and painted.
