§ 92.13  OBSTRUCTING EXITS, PASSAGEWAYS AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   (1)   No person shall obstruct in any way any fire escape, balcony or ladder intended as a means of escape from fire, or the passageways, doors and aisles in theaters, churches and other places of public assemblage.
      (2)   The latter shall be well lighted for the entire duration of shows, balls and the like.
   (B)   All exit doors shall open outward and shall be so fastened as to be easily opened from within.
