§ 92.12  CHIMNEYS, SMOKESTACKS AND THE LIKE.
   All chimneys, smokestacks or similar devices for conveying smoke or gases to the outer air from stoves, furnaces, fireboxes or ovens shall not only be constructed and located in accordance with the Town Building Code, but shall also be maintained in a manner so that they do not endanger adjacent property or create a fire hazard.
