§ 92.10  DUTY OF PERSONS LOADING/UNLOADING TO STAY IN VICINITY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, who is loading or unloading flammable fluids at any establishment in the town, to leave the immediate vicinity while the loading or unloading is in progress.
