§ 92.09  FLAMMABLE FLUIDS; SELLING OF.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to allow the sale of any flammable fluids at any establishment in the town that does not have an attendant on duty at the time that the sale is made.
   (B)   Each sale shall constitute a separate offense.
