§ 92.08  FIRES ON WOODLANDS OR PUBLIC PROPERTY; GUARD.
   (A)   No person shall maintain fires on any woodlands or public property, except by consent of the Mayor or the Board of Commissioners.
   (B)   No person shall maintain fires on any property, unless someone has been placed on guard to prevent an undue spread of the fire.
