§ 91.04  DEPTH OF GRAVES.
   (A)   All graves over four and one-half feet in length shall be a minimum of six feet in depth.
(1977 Code, § 7-4)
   (B)   All graves shall be dug and interments made in the manner prescribed by the town. The depth of each grave shall be not less than four feet. The uppermost part of a burial vault shall be a minimum of 18 inches below the ground surface. (Senate Bill 506, May 1995).
