§ 90.04  ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE.
   No person owning or having control of any animal or fowl, other than dogs and cats which are covered by the provisions of §§ 90.20 through 90.28 below shall permit that animal or fowl to run at large within the corporate limits.
