§ 74.01  SIGNALING DEVICES AND OTHER EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   Sirens or whistles. A bicycle shall not be equipped with nor shall any person use upon a bicycle any siren or whistle.
   (B)   Brake. Every bicycle shall be equipped with a brake which will enable the operator to make the braked wheel skid on dry, level, clean pavement.
   (C)   Lights. Every bicycle operated on any street or sidewalk in the town, during the period from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise, shall display at least one white light, visible from a distance of at least 300 feet to the front, and a red light or reflector on the rear, visible from a distance of at least 200 feet.
