§ 72.35  RIDING ON HANDLEBARS OF BICYCLES AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   No operator of a motorcycle or bicycle upon a street shall carry any person upon the handlebars, frame or tank of his or her vehicle, nor shall any person so ride upon any like vehicle.
   (B)   No person shall ride a motorcycle or bicycle on any street, alley or highway in the town without having his or her hands upon the handlebars.
