(A) No person shall operate any minibike, go-cart or other unlicensed motorized vehicle, other than a bicycle with a helper motor rated less than one brake horsepower which produces only ordinary pedaling speeds up to a maximum of 20 mph, on any street, alley or sidewalk within the town.
(B) Any vehicle so operated by the owner or other person lawfully in custody thereof in violation of any provision of this chapter may be taken into custody and impounded by the town for a period not exceeding 30 days, and until disposed of under court order.
