§ 51.46  MATERIALS AND FITTINGS.
   (A)   No terra-cotta pipe shall be used in the connection of sewer lines from the main town sewer to a building.
   (B)   No terra-cotta pipe shall be used in any place for the purpose of draining sewage in and from the building.
   (C)   A "Y" branch fitting shall be located in the line at a distance of approximately four feet from the edge of the building.
