§ 51.44  CONNECTIONS FROM OUTSIDE TOWN.
   (A)   Any person living outside of the town shall be permitted to make connections with the sanitary sewer lines of the town only as follows:
      (1)   Permission to connect with town sewers shall be conditioned upon the premises being supplied with town water and upon plumbing being installed in accordance with the Plumbing Code of the town. All work installed shall be done by persons qualified as required by § 112.02; and
      (2)   Applications for connections shall be made to the Water Department, and water service shall not be turned on until a certificate from the Building Inspector that the plumbing has been properly installed has been received.
   (B)   The town reserves the right to change the rate or refuse to give service where conditions mentioned in this section are not met or where conditions are such as to make the service impractical.
   (C)   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to obligate the town to purchase any sewer lines that may be constructed outside the town.
