§ 51.43  SEPARATE CONNECTIONS FOR SEPARATE STRUCTURES; CLOSET AND SINK REQUIRED FOR EACH FAMILY; FROST-PROOF TOILETS.
   (A)   Each residence, apartment, office building or business structure shall have a separate sewer connection if a main sewer in an abutting street or alley is available.
   (B)   Every dwelling shall have a closet and sink in the house or on the back porch for each family.
   (C)   The use of frost-proof toilets is prohibited.
