(A) The sewerage system and all matters and things appertaining to its use, management and control, in every manner and way, shall be under the control of the Board of Commissioners and shall comply with regulations as the Board of Commissioners may adopt from time to time.
(B) The duty of enforcing the provisions of all the regulations shall devolve upon the officers or agents of the town as may be there unto assigned by the Board of Commissioners, by ordinance or otherwise.
