§ 51.27  INJURING, DEFACING OR DESTROYING WATER SYSTEM.
   (A)   No person shall injure, deface or destroy any of the pipelines or any part of the pipelines of the water system, or open, close, injure, deface or destroy any cock, wheel, fire plug, gate, gate valve, flush gate or any fixture connected with or pertaining to the waterworks of the town.
   (B)   Every person convicted of violating this section shall be penalized as provided in § 10.99.
