§ 51.25  CONSUMERS OUTSIDE TOWN.
   (A)   Water shall not be furnished to consumers outside the town, except on the terms and conditions as may be approved by the Board of Commissioners.
   (B)   All connections and all meters, meter boxes and other equipment necessary for making the connections shall be paid for and kept in repair by the consumer.
