No plumbing, plumbing fixture, construction or valve, fitting or device, apparatus or connection shall be installed which will provide a cross-connection between a distributing system of water supply for drinking and domestic purposes and a drainage system or soil or waste pipe, so as to permit or make possible the backflow of sewage or wastewater into the water supply system.
