§ 51.17  OWNER TO LAY SERVICE PIPES; SEPARATE CONNECTION FOR EACH TENANT AND EACH PREMISES.
   (A)   Whenever, upon application of the property owner, a permit for the introduction of town water has been issued, the owner of the premises shall lay down the pipe conveying the water from the curb in the streets into and upon the premises. The manner of the connection shall be governed by regulations set forth in this chapter.
   (B)   No water shall be introduced upon any premises except through service pipe, and there shall be a separate service pipe for each tenement used by a different family or tenant upon the same premises.  In no case shall water be introduced into two or more houses or tenements through one curb stop.
