§ 51.16  CONNECTIONS PREREQUISITE TO ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION.
   No certificate of occupancy shall be issued on any new construction within the town until all water and sewer connections have been made as required by this chapter.
